qbiq ("we", "us") provides the qbiq browser extension — an on-device analytics studio for ERP, CRM and web reports. Contact: cygnuxai@gmail.com.
When you invoke qbiq on a page or open a CSV/Excel file, the extension reads that report's table data and processes it locally: dashboards, pivots, comparisons, AI insights and forecasts are all computed by code running in your browser tab.
To operate licensing and trials, the extension communicates with our licensing service. This is the complete list of what it sends:
| Data | Purpose | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Email, name, company (at registration) | Create and identify your license | Email and personal fields are stored encrypted; lookups use a one-way hash |
| ERP hostname (e.g. erp.example.com) | Apply plan rules and trials for your ERP | Hostname only — never page contents or URL query data |
| Plan, usage counts (data pulls), license key redemptions | Enforce plan limits, prevent abuse | |
| Extension version | Compatibility |
qbiq's analytics and AI insights run on-device. If you explicitly connect your own AI provider key (OpenAI or Anthropic) in settings, the AI brief sends only aggregated summary facts (totals, top values, trends — the same figures you can see on screen) to that provider using your key. Raw report rows are never sent. Disconnect the key at any time to return to fully on-device operation. Your use of that provider is governed by its own terms.
Paid plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your payment information is governed by their own privacy policy.
We send transactional emails (verification, license, trial status) and occasional product emails. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, honoured immediately.
License records are kept while your account is active. You may request a copy of your data or full deletion at any time by emailing cygnuxai@gmail.com from your registered address; deletion is completed within 30 days. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored datasets and settings from your device.
Licensing traffic uses HTTPS. Personal fields are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) and looked up via one-way hashes; admin access is role-restricted with two-factor authentication and audit logging.
The extension requests access to pages so it can read the report table on the page where you invoke it — including fetching that report's other pages from the same site when you load a paginated report. This access is used solely to build your local analytics view and is inactive until you click qbiq.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and note the new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
